PersonifAI maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We prohibit:

• Prohibited Content: Any content depicting, promoting, glorifying, or facilitating child sexual abuse or exploitation in any form.
• Prohibited Behavior: Any attempt to use our platform to groom, solicit, or exploit minors.
• Prohibited AI Use: Any attempt to generate, request, or simulate content involving the abuse or exploitation of minors through our AI systems.

2. Content Moderation

We employ multiple layers of protection to prevent harmful content:

• AI-Powered Detection: Our AI systems are trained to detect and block attempts to generate or share prohibited content.
• Human Review: Flagged content is reviewed by trained moderators who take swift action on violations.
• Proactive Monitoring: We continuously monitor our platform for potential safety concerns.
• Input Filtering: User prompts are screened to prevent misuse of our AI generation capabilities.

3. User Reporting

We empower our community to help keep our platform safe:

• In-App Reporting: Users can report concerning content or behavior directly within the app using our built-in reporting feature.
• Email Reports: Safety concerns can be reported to safety@personifai.net.
• Prompt Review: All reports are reviewed promptly by our safety team, typically within 24 hours.
• Confidentiality: Reporter identities are kept confidential to encourage reporting without fear of retaliation.

4. Enforcement Actions

We take swift and decisive action when violations are detected:

• Immediate Removal: Content violating our policies is removed immediately upon detection.
• Account Termination: Accounts found violating these standards are permanently banned without warning.
• Evidence Preservation: Relevant evidence is preserved for law enforcement cooperation.
• No Appeals: Due to the severity of these violations, account terminations for CSAE violations are not eligible for appeal.

5. Law Enforcement Cooperation

We work closely with authorities to combat child exploitation:

• NCMEC Reporting: Confirmed child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by U.S. law.
• Law Enforcement Requests: We cooperate fully with valid law enforcement requests and investigations related to child safety.
• International Cooperation: We work with appropriate authorities in jurisdictions worldwide to address cross-border concerns.

6. Legal Compliance

PersonifAI complies with all applicable child protection laws and regulations, including:

• U.S. federal laws regarding CSAM reporting (18 U.S.C. § 2258A)
• Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
• Google Play and Apple App Store child safety policies
• Applicable international child protection laws and frameworks
